SWTHZ, the nation’s fastest-growing contract therapy studio, has announced the promotion of Stefani Rizzi to the position of head of design and member experience. Previously, Rizzi served as Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy.
In her new role, Rizzi will be responsible for overseeing the member journey and the overall look and feel of all SWTHZ studios, which emphasizes the brand’s dedication to providing high-quality experiences. She will lead the design team in creating engaging spaces for members and developing programs and services to enhance the overall member experience, ensuring that SWTHZ remains at the forefront of innovation in the wellness sector.
Since joining the company in 2019, Rizzi has played a crucial role in SWTHZ’s rapid expansion across the United States. The company currently operates 25 studios, with plans for over 100 additional openings in the next nine months.

Before joining the SWTHZ team, Rizzi worked alongside Weeks at Orangetheory Fitness as Regional Marketing Director, overseeing marketing efforts for 140 studios across the country.
