Strategos Group has announced the appointment of Gregory Haile, J.D., as a partner to lead its new Higher Education and Workforce Advisory practice. With a distinctive blend of experience at the crossroads of higher education and entrepreneurship, Haile currently serves at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and holds a senior fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has also chaired more than a dozen boards. Haile is widely recognized for his outstanding tenure as president of Broward College, where his leadership propelled the institution to a top-10 ranking from the Aspen Institute out of over 1,000 colleges.
In his new position, Haile will spearhead Strategos Group’s initiatives to advise private sector companies on economic mobility, workforce development, and the integration of AI technologies. He will also support higher education institutions in their quest for innovation.

At Broward College, Haile earned recognition as one of the top five community college CEOs by the American Association of Community Colleges. His leadership not only brought in the largest grant and gift in the college’s history but also set a national benchmark for engaging low-income communities effectively.
In addition to his role at Broward College, Haile serves on the boards of several organizations, including Achieving the Dream, BBX Capital, the Everglades Foundation, and Poetry in America.
