Nova Storage announces the Grand Opening of its self-storage facility expansion in South Gate, California. Nova’s newly built Class A climate-controlled flagship facility is located at the gateway to the “Azalea City” of South Gate on 5951 Firestone Blvd.
The South Gate expansion adds 77,000 square feet of climate-controlled self-storage space, with unit sizes ranging from 5’x5′ to 10’x30′, to the existing facility, for a total of 175,000 rentable square feet. The property’s leasing office features a modern lobby equipped with an open-concept workspace and friendly staff to assist with all storage needs.
A Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting celebration was held on Aug. 10. South Gate City Mayor Al Rios, council members Maria Davila and Gil Hurtado, along with representatives from the offices of Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, 63rd District, and Congresswoman Nanette Diaz Barragan attended. Nova made 11 charitable donations to local schools and service organizations, including South Gate High School & the Varsity Football Team, South Gate Multicultural Women’s Club, and South Gate Junior Athletics Association, recognizing Nova’s core belief that its success derives from the communities it serves.
