The Annual Brand Awards, which include the prestigious Connie Award (named after the company’s founder, Conrad Hilton), as well as the General Manager of the Year Award, are presented by Hilton to recognize the properties and leaders who deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out, and achieve high guest satisfaction and quality assurance scores.
