De Rito Partners has announced that Cathy Johnson has joined De Rito Property Management LLC as the Head of Property Management. Her main focus will be on expanding the Property Management business and overseeing existing clients. De Rito Partners has always managed the properties it has developed or acquired, including providing third-party property management and leasing services for the retail centers it has sold.
Johnson, an Arizona native, holds a BS and a master’s degree from ASU. She is also an ICSC and CRRP Certified Retail Real Estate Professional and holds an AZRE license. With over 20 years of property management experience, she has previously served as the VP of Property Management for the West Region, overseeing more than 75 retail centers and two office buildings at Phillips Edison & Company. Before joining De Rito, she was the Associate Director of Property Management at Weingarten Realty, now Kimco.
