A new medical office building is being built in Royse City, Texas by NexCore Group, a national healthcare, life sciences, and seniors housing real estate developer. The Hunt Regional Healthcare MOB will offer a full range of physician care services, including emergency care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, primary care, and various specialty practices. The facility will include a state-of-the-art emergency department with five in-patient beds and a 10-bay emergency specialty hospital.
The building will be located off I-30 and Shaw Road, and is expected to open in the Fall of 2024. This development is a partnership between NexCore Group, Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors, and architect Page Southerland Page.
The goal is to provide high-quality, service-oriented healthcare to the people in the community, now and in the future. This facility will bring together a variety of high-quality physicians and surgeons in one place, making it convenient for community members to access integrated services. The patient-first approach of the staff will ensure that patients receive the best quality care possible, while physicians will benefit from enhanced efficiencies.
NexCore Group takes pride in developing spaces that serve the unique needs of providers and community members, and they are excited to be building this state-of-the-art facility that improves healthcare access and experiences for patients and physicians alike.
