We had the pleasure of speaking to Anthony Allen Anderson, managing member at GSI Exchange, to understand how the company has created a company culture that values its employees and provides excellent customer service.

GSI Exchange makes sure all employees feel valued, and as a result, the employees perform better and strive to make the company the best it can be.

An official at GSI Exchange explained, “We depend on our employees to make sure they do everything in their power to provide the best customer service and satisfaction to our customers. We want all representatives to feel like the company is their own so they will make the best decisions for the company and its customers. It is important that our employees feel like they are a part of the company vision while ensuring that their aspirations are met and aligned with the company goals. A good pay package is a good incentive, but a culture that values its employees is a definite added advantage too.”

Customers matter

Getting customers is not the end goal for most companies; maintaining them is. For GSI Exchange, it’s no different. GSI Exchange is a family-owned business, and hence they treat the customers like family. As a result, they have made a name for themselves as a trustworthy supplier of superior-quality gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins among their customers.
