A top-producing husband-and-wife team, Arturo and Jenny manage Arjen Homes, a Custom Residential Home Builder that specializes in the construction of Luxury Modern residences in Tampa Bay. The family-owned company began remodeling foreclosure properties in 2008, eventually growing into Arjen Homes in 2015 when it started building new traditional and transitional homes. As the demand for modern architecture increased, the team redirected its focus to offer modern-style residences with a variety of floor plans that showcase hand-selected custom finishes and upgrades. Well known for their quality craftsmanship and service, they are currently building the first gated modern home neighborhood in the area.
