Sinceri Senior Living, a senior living management company, has announced the addition of a new community, The Vero at Chesapeake. This community became a part of Sinceri at the beginning of February and is the company’s first community in the state of Virginia.
The Vero is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in the heart of Chesapeake. It offers its residents easy access to various activities such as history tours, fine dining, and eclectic shopping, which are enjoyed by active seniors. The community is situated in the Great Bridge neighborhood, which is rich in natural, historical, and cultural attractions that are frequently visited by its residents.
The Vero offers several personalized amenities and services for their residents, including daily activities, fitness programs, transportation services, and events. They also provide care coordination, health maintenance, cognitive support, and communication assistance, along with housekeeping, daily check-ins, and 24-hour caregivers. Additionally, they have restaurant-style meals, a coffee bar, and a full-service beauty salon/barber. The community has a billiards room, arts and craft studio, and a theater for their residents.
The Vero completed construction in April of 2023 and welcomed its first resident on May 22, 2023. The community has a capacity to accommodate 138 residents and provides a spacious environment across its 120,000 square feet.
